It was the worst place to be in that day

My husband just lost his job five weeks ago. He got into an accident at work and lost the use of his legs. We were told that to get the assistance from the company rolling, we had to visit the agency. I've been to a few different agencies that month to find out what the rules are and to see if there's any consistency with the way they were implemented. Two days ago, I decided to visit one that was closest to the house but far from the grocery and department stores. What a mistake it was! It was the worst benefits agency newport has! The people who worked there were rude and lazy. I was asked to talk to one person after another. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. One woman even stopped in the middle of our conversation to start talking with her boyfriend. I felt really frustrated and walked out in a huff. I decided to drive to one of the agencies I had visited before even though it was further away and I was entertained by a nice lady who understood my concern right away.
