Different ways that cost can be reduced in some businesses

My best friend has a company that manufacturers dolls and when she told me what she was thinking of doing, I thought that she had gone really insane. I just did not realize that a business of selling and making dolls could work. I loved dolls when I was a kid and so did she, so it’s safe to say that her business is doing great. There is a time there was a law suit against her because one of the mothers was saying that the dolls were too explicit for their kids but the law suit did not go through. One of the thing she does about saving expenses is that apart from using an outsource call center that is in another country, she has even started manufacturing the dolls in other country. She does this because it is cheaper on that other side to do the same thing that would cost a fortune at our country. This works like business magic because she saves a lot of money and the quality of the dolls has not even gone down.
